Job Role: To assist the customers in troubleshoot problems with computer hardware and software at a company or corporation. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all the queries, requests & complaints received enabling satisfaction of the customer.

Job Specification: (Male and Female)

·         Position – Technical Support Executive
·         Service hours– Rotational shifts (9 hour window, 24*7)
·         Fixed night shifts for females

·         Experience – Min. 6 months experience in international voice technical process.

Eligibility Criteria:

·         Excellent communication skills
·         Any undergraduate/ Graduates
·         Should be comfortable to work for night shifts
·         Excellent Technical Knowledge
·         Well versed with computers

·          Free Guest House Accommodation for initial 15 Days
·         One time travel reimbursement from base location till Jaipur at the time of joining

# Advantage : (Extra benefits). Incentives of Rs 10,000 first month will be given for the candidates with min. 6 months experience in International BPO Sector and who is relocating to Rajasthan .
